Position - Marketing Manager

Years of Experience : 8-10 years

We are looking for a results-driven marketing manager based out of our Mumbai office to ensure that the Marketing goals are met and operations are executed successfully and on time. Your job duties will include the following :

- Manage a marketing team.

- Align team tasks and set priorities.

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.

- Sense of design

- Prepare a monthly marketing action plan for Australia and UAE and take ownership of execution.

- Formulate the innovation roadmap and project management of all new product development initiatives. This includes implementation and alignment with the promotional calendar, formulating the business and commercial case and the post-measurement of all initiatives.

- Execute the marketing campaigns.

- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and present it to the Management.

- Create online and offline marketing content.

- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.

- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.

- Create content for digital marketing with the team and execute.

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

- Ensure the marketing strategy is executed within the confines of local market religious and regulatory protocols.

- Drive the effectiveness and consistency of all advertising and promotional initiatives within the market and ensure alignment with the company's brand & communications guidelines, strategy & principles.

- Creating a brand book/ brand collaterals for new business segments.

- Has worked on Google Ads/Social Media Ads

- Extensively worked on building a website

- ATL & BTL Marketing

- Has exposure of online marketplaces

Required skills and qualifications :

- Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.

- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Experience with digital and print, content, performance, and social media marketing.

- Excellent analytical skills - translate into actionable insights for the business.

- Ability to lead a team of writers, designers, and campaign managers.

- Knowledge of branding and content writing.

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
