Position : Senior Marketing Manager

Department : Marketing

Years of experience : 10-15 years (out of which minimum 5 years of team handling experience)

Education : MBA in Marketing (will be preferred)

Reporting to : CEO & Group Director (Marketing)

Minimum number of direct reportees : 4

Job Location : Kolkata

Job Scope :

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for :

(i) Creating and strengthening the brand awareness among the target audience through various ATL and BTL activities;

(ii) Developing innovative and impactful marketing communications, campaigns and/or events, for lead generation and sales conversion;

(iii) Building loyalty and referral programs for existing clientele.

Job Responsibilities :

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

- Formulate short-term and long-term marketing strategies and goals and break them down into concrete tasks for the team members to perform.

- Conceptualize and seamlessly roll out activities to generate leads.

- Tie up with partners to secure attractive premiums and offers for prospective clients.

- Create effective referral programs and ensure that these have the maximum reach.

- Create impactful marketing communication.

- Be the custodian of all marketing materials while collaborating with sales teams, creative team, production vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Supervise creative, content and digital marketing teams to achieve targets and KRAs.

- Be proficient in Online Reputation Management as well as drive the vertical with independent strategies and campaigns to increase positive exposure for the organization.

- Perform any other responsibility that is assigned from time to time.

Other Requirements :

- Self-motivated individual who likes to think out of the box.

- Possess strong people management skills and problem-solving skills.

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Candidates from the stem cell banking/hospital/ pharma/ diagnostic or any other healthcare organization will be highly preferred but not a pre-requisite.
