We are looking for an analyst to join us in the Founder's Office in Growth, Strategy and Analytics Role.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving Topline and Bottomline numbers with the team, charting forecasts on a weekly level

2. Monitor CAC, LTV and look at ways to increase LTV/CAC. Understand the funnel and drive optimisations throughout

3. Observe conversions and use heatmaps to drive conversions, give insights to the site-merchandising team on what's working and what's not

4. Create Price comparison across portals to check our price competitiveness, decide platform wide offers, card offers etc

5. Manage investor relations, Send investor updates, monthly MIS

6. Drive automation in Customer Acquisition

Qualifications/Requirement:

1. Be hungry and passionate to learn about Startups, Consumer-Tech and Commerce

2. Be data driven, analytical and use tools to drive meaningful insights and find gaps

3. B.Tech/Dual Degree from IIT, BITS with 1-2 years of experience in Startups

4. Category Growth/Strategy Analysts from Series G,H startups can apply too

This can culminate in a Chief of Staff position in the future, being the first hire in the Founder's Office. You will be working directly with the Founders in all things business and fund-raising. This is an in-office position based out of Bangalore.
