COO / Head- Facilities Administration & Civil Projects Construction Management - leading large chain of K12 Schools - Mumbai

- Currently nationwide with multi-city / multi-curriculum, the institution offers world-class educational services for the development of students.

- The Group has 25 Schools, with over 30,000 students (over 400 buses, centralized procurement operations)

- The institution plans to reach 50+ schools - India & Middle East, in the next five years

The Role / Job Description:

1) To take charge of all India Operations - take independent charge of Administration, Facility Management, Security, Purchase & Procurement, Stores, Construction & Infrastructure development, MEP, Housekeeping, Transport, Canteen, Communication (IT / Technology), Events, Liaison - of all Schools & Corporate Office (20,000 sq. ft. with 200+ staff).

2) Handle Civil Projects Construction Management

3) Recruit the right team at the schools & training of the team

4) Maintaining high level of customer service - both Internal & External is important.

5) Strong relationship with vendor partners a must.

The Candidate Details

1) Age : 45 - 55 yrs

2) BE + MBA (preferred)

3) With minimum 15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 5 years should be as National Head of above functions - in a people / location intensive sector - Retail Banking / QSR / Retail / Logistics / BPO / Insurance / Education etc.

4) Strong customer services / relationship management orientation, strong people & commercial skills, ability to multitask a must

Work Experience: 20 - 30 yrs
