KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support for Programs and Administration
- Representing the organisation to prospective clients and external stakeholders including but not restricted to schools and educational institutes; assisting the Managing Directors and institutes associated with it in the effective management of several projects.
- Compiling and collating educational material for students studying between Grades 6 to 12.
- Coordinating and conducting examinations and tests for almost a thousand candidates at a time.
- Act as the point of contact for the program - students, parents, writing specialists and others
- Establish, maintain and use clear and effective means of communication with specialists and students i.e. email, Whatsapp etc.
- Responsible for the management of all program information and to ensure that it is up to date
Sales and Marketing
- Responsible for overseeing the Sales and Marketing of the program
-Supervise the Sales and Marketing team and ensuring the delivery of targets on time
Student Records
- Process all the forms relating to the student
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate student records in all formats applicable
- Maintain, update and archive all student files, handbooks and records on a regular basis
Problem Solving
- Identify any problems with student progression and seek advice on their resolution from the Managing Director
Recruitment and Administration
- Process applications to include accurate recording of data
- Help with the Program open days and other events, presenting a welcome face to applicants and their families
- Be the face of the program and engage with all internal and external stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing external events related to the program including creating the presentation, brochures etc.
- Overseeing the entire program including the support staff if any
- Providing additional support to the organisation in other areas of work if need be

- Fluency in spoken English

- Ability to communicate about the organisation to prospective clients
- Be presentable and able to hold a conversation with external stakeholders independently
- Communicate with parents and students with tact and a high level of finesse
- Strong writing skills: Compose emails and other correspondence that are clean and devoid of typos
- Stellar organizational skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Understanding of sales and ability to present the program details to prospective clients
Education and Experience:
- Ideally the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
- Overall experience of at least 4-5 years. Candidates with lesser but relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience in program administration is required.
- Experience in the Education sector will be an asset.
- General management experience preferred.
- Stability in past jobs will be an added advantage.
