The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) :

a) To take independent charges of the Company / Business Units

b) Manage top line / bottom line / client acquisition/ retention, productivity

c) Manage a lean team - productivity & efficiency

The Person (Candidate Details) :

A) Experience :

i. Age: 40 to 50 yrs

ii. Total experience: 15 - 20 yrs

iii. Preferably MBA

iv. Initial corporate experience

v. Minimum 5+ yrs in Recruitment at a Regional / Business Head level minimum 2 crores direct Business

B) Competence / Skills :

i. Strong people management.

ii. Systems oriented

iii. Strong Commercial sense

iv. Independent go getter

Work Experience : 15 yrs TO 20 yrs
