Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing both Talent acquisition and retention through implementing hiring processes and performance framework to continue to build Company's employee around its core-values - Hands on in recruitment of tech and non-tech positions (predominantly) in IT/Marketing and Data Science). This role has future prospects of leading the recruitment team overall for hiring and onboarding. - Ensure smooth processes of HR operations such as payroll, onboarding, orientation, appraisals etc through internal and external team - Develop social media assets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc to build the Company's business profile, highlight achievements, recognitions to build Brand awareness and Brand love for future prospects. - Implement strategic employee initiatives including events to encourage team-building activities, skill development and training programs, etc. - Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies that results in best-of-class work culture and environment. - Managing the governance of ensuring legal compliance of policies and enforcement of policies. Must have: - MBA in Human Resource from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institution. - 6+ Years of experience in HR function preferably doing long stints. - Need to be a People's person, driven by core Employee welfare objective - Worked in a rapid growth stage company/ Startup culture with skill sets to formalise/stabilise the HR department Optional: - Experience with an Enterprise SaaS company a + - Experience with a Series A,B,C startup-up is a strong ++
