Responsibilities : - - Deep understanding of how drip email marketing and sales cadence strategy works. - Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim to generate more leads. - Develop a personalization strategy to be effective in lead generation. - Include persuasive 'call-to-actions' within the constraints of SMS marketing guidelines. - Build and manage a campaign specific content calendar for rapid and regular experimentation. - Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns. - Work closely with internal and external teams, such as marketing, operations and analytics, who will contribute much of the campaign activity. - Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects. - Track the overall cost and revenue metrics per campaign. Optimize the campaign to maximize ROI. - Proof read the scripts sent by the content writer for clarity, grammar, and spelling and make necessary decisions which support the marketing campaigns. - Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of campaign related KPIs. - Perform detailed campaign related research into the products, services, offerings and end customer persona. Craft marketing copies that are impactful based on this research. - Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence in launching as many experiments as possible for campaign optimization. - Accepting feedback constructively with an eye towards improvement. - Requirements : - - Bachelor's/PG degree or background in English, Communications, linguistics, or related field - Proven Work experience of 5+ years as an Email marketing manager or Drips marketing manager. - Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau. - Solid understanding of A/B testing and deliverability. - Excellent numeric, management, written and verbal communication. - Very good copywriting skills. - Strong project management skills which includes handling tools such as Jira. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables. - Ability to work in a face-paced agile environment. - Flexibility to work with the US team via communication tools such as Slack. - Strong plus if you have experience in SMS marketing.
