IT Manager - Campaign and Dialer Operations
We are a silicon valley based company that is using AI to help businesses improve sales funnel conversions. We have a team of senior product leaders based out of Silicon Valley, Europe and India with proven experience in launching successful products. We are currently looking for an IT Manager - Campaign and Dialer Operations who will work closely with the Product Operations Manager to improve and optimize the campaign and dialer operations.
Responsibilities :
- Report Dialer metrics, track data, and use data to improve dialer operations.
- Conduct research to identify areas for dialer improvement.
- Creating and configuring new campaigns.
- Monitor campaigns and assist in troubleshooting.
- Co-operate with different departments to improve business operations.
- Perform a set of recurring product related activities.
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 yrs total experience in contact centers.
- 2-3 yrs experience in dialer management (Vicidial/Go Auto Dial or other dialers).
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic dialer projects that bring about system/operational efficiencies.
- Capacity Planning for Outbound and Inbound campaigns.
- Experience with data viz tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Experience with productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.
- Experience in deriving insights through data and being comfortable with numbers.
- Excellent stakeholder management, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
