About our Client - Our client is one of the biggest MNCs in the services space. They have a global presence and with acquiring new businesses and growing rapidly they are currently looking for Manager-Taxation based out of their corporate office in Vikhroli, Mumbai

Job Description -

- Reporting to the CFO, you will be required to handle direct and indirect taxation particularly Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Value Added Tax, Sales Tax and Service Tax .

- You will be required to represent the company before the first level of Revenue Authority for completing assessments.

- You will provide expertise for tax planning as well as tax compliance with a view to optimize tax benefits.

- You will draft necessary representations to Tax Authorities including appeals and prepare brief for counsel's opinion, paper books for submission to Revenue Authorities etc.

The Successful Candidate -

- Ideally you are a CA with 6+ years of experience in handling taxation matters in the industry preferably in service & Manufacturing.

- You should have worked in an organization with strong focus on tax planning and compliance and should have had worked in an equivalent position with an experience of representing before Tax Authorities.

- You should have sound knowledge of Financial Accounting, Commercial laws, Internal controls and Indian GAAP.
