Control Print - Manager - Business Development (8-12 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Responsibilities :
KPI/KRA/ Goals Setting :
- Assign Targets for the Team along with the Branch Sales Manager
- Fulfil the assigned sales targets in terms of number of printers
Sales Management & Marketing :
- Ensure that the sectors, industries targeted are covered and Sales are done
- Cover the assigned Sales territory.
- Price realisation targets are achieved
- To drive the Sales Business for Control Point in a particular assigned area along with team.
- Ensure repeat orders
- Regulatory and Statutory Compliance updation to be done on regular basis
- To operate out of a resident location if required and take ownership of the resident location in terms of all sales activities.
- Payment Collection as per agreed PO Terms
- Timely Collection of C forms
- Drive Sales for Area assigned
- Ensure regular visits to the top clients
- Periodic review of Sales AR
- Update Product, Market and competitor knowledge from time to time.
People Management and Development :
- Train and develop the downstream team.
- Ensure Training /Seminars for Customers on the existing as well as new products and any new features.
- Ensure training of team members and periodic support to team members.
- Ensure after sales support and help in installation process
General Management :
- Send Daily reports for Branch Sales Manager and hold regular reviews with BM and RM along with team for review of progress.
- Ensure that all the Reports from the team are reviewed with feedback to them on adherence to the plan
- Working on competitors information and converting then to CPL account.
- Ensure territory coverage/scanning/visits
- Ensure optimal utilization of existing resources
- Follow all policies and procedures set by the Company
- Ensure that SAP implementation is done along with the Branch Manager
Desired Qualifications :
