This opportunity is with a Tech Firm in Delhi. Overall responsibilities :&nbsp; Provide support to the Contracts shared services team and directly to customer engagement teams to enable the negotiation and administration of customer contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintaining associated documentation. Specific duties :&nbsp; - Provide contract and subcontract compliance support for the company's bid/proposal, contract negotiation and risk management processes mainly in areas of IP and Licensing - Identify contract management issues and propose solutions for approval - Ensure that contract compliance is maintained and compliance issues resolved - Generates reports required to monitor contract compliance - Independently work smaller engagements or work within a team structure for large, complex engagements - Independently apply contract management tools, techniques and best practices to assigned projects - Maintain the company's contract catalog and contract file - Other duties as assigned Qualifications : - Minimum with a law degree (LLB), also any other degree in liberal arts or, preferably, business administration or law would be a plus - 6-10 years relevant experience - experience with International firms and cross-industry experience are strong plusses - Able to travel - occasional trips within India and overseas as required - Working knowledge of contracting practices in North America, EMEA, APAC and India - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in team settings and with a variety of internal and external customers - Superb oral and written communications skills - Proficiency using the Microsoft Office tool set - Track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives with a positive - can-do- attitude and a crisp - let's get it done- business demeanor
