Job Description : - Structuring, drafting, vetting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, retention, and management of varied commercial contracts and documents. - Drafting, updating, and improving templates of varied standards agreements. - End-to-end contract management. - Identify contracts & commercial risks, issues and propose mitigation strategies or solutions for approvals. - Maintaining contract management reports. - Understanding for tender review, contract review such as the Contracts Act, sale of Goods Act, and also some experience on working on corporate/ M&A transactions is desirable. - Having brief knowledge of laws & good interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in English with excellent communication and analytical skills. - Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking. - Candidates from any industry can apply.
