Contracts Counsel - Legal - Fashion Retail (10-12 yrs)
Hiring for Reputed Fashion retail store for their Legal Team.
Responsibilities :
All functions associated with Client, Finance & Com
- Draft, review, and negotiation of contracts
- Renewal/termination with vendors
- Advice on legal implications for new business initiatives
- Conduct training programs for creating awareness about the legal requirements of contracts
- Weekly contract trackers
- Maintenance of database of contracts across the legal portal
- Newsletters
- Training to business teams on contract processes.
- Automation of processes
- Maintenance of digital database of all contracts on the legal portal
- Legal Contract Portal management
- Dashboards, newsletters, trackers to the internal customers.
- Upgradation of contract drafting skill from time to time
- Work as a team with contracts team of Client to ensure synergy in processes
- Lead a team of one or more persons
