Person will be responsible for internal audit and contract governance, analysisof risk in the vendor contracts and developing strategies to mitigate the same. - Participates in commercial discussion and Pricing activities - Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels - Draft strategic pricing plans and processes. - Design, implement contract management processes. - Ensure review of compliance and corrective action on variances - Initiate corrective actions and improvement plans. - Define rules to ensure all billing parameters are considered as per contract, and ensure they are reflected. - Conducting governance meeting with relevant stakeholders - Defining contractual exposure basis change in business plans. - Validation of bills before release of payment
