1) Handle drafting and negotiation for commercial, non-disclosure and agent agreements 2) Collaborate with the sales team, customers, and downstream stakeholders; handling significant contract discussions with customers 3) Answer queries from sales, management, finance and other stakeholders and respond in a timely and professional manner to ensure stakeholder satisfaction 4) Develop and maintain a positive relationship with Legal counsel, Commercial Policy and Compliance 5) Maintain and manage performance statistics, workflows and contract pipeline via the contract request system tool and contract databases. Follow up with internal and external clients on outstanding contracts 6) Manage and execute on professional development goals and individual SMART objectives
