Urgent Hiring for Contract Manager-3PL for a Leading MNC

A Leading UK based MultiNational Publishing House is hiring for Lead- 3PL .

POSITION : LEAD- 3 PL

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

To be the process lead for the organization transition to using 3PLs from the RFP stage through to implementation and subsequent delivery, working with agreed project management structures, and post implementation lead the overview of operational performance for the organization. This role is the 3PL technical and contract expert and pivotal contact point for key internal stakeholders and providers.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide knowledge and intelligence of 3PL providers as known in India.

2. Assist in the preparation of RFPs and the sourcing cycle to ensure that contracts are established which meet the organization requirements and minimize risk. This will include the operational specifications, terms and conditions, reporting requirements and SLAs.

3. Support the organization in any outsourcing discussions with internal and external stakeholders as part of RFP.

4. Responsible for documenting and maintaining best practice guides for 3pl outsourcing programmes.

5. Maintaining a repository of information to support new and established relationships, including contractual information, SLAs and performance and costs.

6. Drive HSSE compliance in operations in collaboration with 3PL.
