Contract & Compliance Manager - IT

- Contract Management and Compliance - 10+ years of experience in Contract and Compliance management who can ebsyre that the project/program adheres to the agreed contractual and legal obligations. Will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines, contractual clauses and internal policies.

- Audit and Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously, also publish periodic compliance matrices.

- Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations

- Monitor and ensure contract compliance for all division contracts through collaboration with program managers, finance and operations groups.

- Good experience managing Internal Stakeholders
