Contract Analyst - IT

CONTRACT ANALYST

- Drafting, Reviewing, Vetting, Redlining, and negotiating all MSA, SoW, Change Orders, NDA, RFP and documents related to Client Contracts for various products/services including IT Services, Software Licenses,

- Drafting, Reviewing and Vetting Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, Letter of Intents, Vendor Termination Notice

- Contract Negotiation with the Service Providers/Vendors/Agencies on various clauses in the Contracts

- Supporting the Company in all legal matters, regulatory and data privacy compliance requirements including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CCPA etc.

- Drafting and vetting amendments, addendums and renewal documents

Responsibilities:

- Should be extremely thorough and detail oriented, as the job largely consists of reading through contractual documents line by line.

- Must have excellent writing skills, as one is required to write or rewrite contracts.

- Must be able to express themselves effectively and accurately in writing to avoid any confusion in the agreements.

- Must also be able to manage their time efficiently, as many contracts and deals are time sensitive.

- Should be able to talk to clients and internal teams and be able to negotiate the costing of the contract.

- Should be able to follow up on expiring contracts and hours with clients or Project Managers of the account.

- Prepare dashboards to be sent to clients on the current status of the project from contracts perspective.
