1. Preparation of Financial modeling from scratch for the projects and the corporate for fund raising.

2. Updating financial model as needed.

3. Preparation of information memorandum, corporate presentations, financing pitch presentations

4. Review of any DRHP, offer documents, investor/bond presentations, earnings calls, etc filed by Indian and relevant international competitors and peers

5. Follow up and comparative analysis of operating performance, financial metrics and valuation metrics of competitors

6. Coordinating due diligence exercise, creation and maintenance of data room, etc by any prospective investors/lenders
