Continuum Green Energy - Head - Digital Transformation (15-24 yrs)

1. Provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the short-term and long-term information technology strategy of the Company.

2. Looking for opportunities to create business value through technology.

3. Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the entire organisation which will include effective Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.

4. Develop cyber security policies, standards and procedures for all endpoint, network, server, cloud servers and application systems as well as maintain and update Information Services (IS) Standard Procedures.

5. Carry out cost-benefit analysis and evaluate risks of adopting new technologies and computer systems.

6. Plan and oversee budgeting, personnel and equipment procurement.

7. Oversee the development, design, selection, implementation, upgradation (in-house or by third party vendors) of new applications for digital transformation of the company's business processes.

8. Find IT service vendors and negotiate favourable contracts to cut costs and boost productivity.

9. Lead the IT network in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support the business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise - wide IT operations.

10. Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organisation.
