PMO & HRGS Continuous Improvement Manager
About the client : A global leader & multinational locomotive/rail transport manufacturer
Job Location : Bangalore
Role Responsibilities :
- Identifying and implementing global initiatives/projects and measurements for improving the operational performance of the HRGS organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive employee experience.
- Driving annual review and adjustment of KPIs & SLAs while analyzing of KPIs and their trends including proposing actions to ensure that SLA are met
- Build and follow up on annual HRGS Roadmap including updates to global HRGS management team
- Analyzing data to oversee process performance and propose measures to improve process efficiency including establishing project plans and timeline to drive implementation of continuous improvement projects
- Performing root cause analysis, identifying obstacles and supporting resolution during implementation
- Establishing and implementing governance mechanism to review & document local/regional process deviations from global standard processes once new HR Delivery model is deployed
- Coordinating the deployment of global initiatives within HRGS
- Establishing future HRGS global communication and collaboration platform for information and knowledge sharing within the HRGS organization
- Designing and implementing governance mechanism to ensure regular review of documents and procedures
- Defining and updating global HRGS documentations & communications to support global & regional communications to stakeholders (e.g. HRGS Service catalogue, Onboarding for new HRBPs, Updates on new functionalities and services etc.)
Education and Experience Requirements :
- University degree, majoring in HR or Business Administration preferably MBA with specialization in HR or equivalent
- 12-17 years of experience working in HR Shared Service environment (HRSS) in a PMO role with good understanding of Employee life cycle and operational HR processes
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methods & data analysis
- Strong experience of global stakeholder engagement , preparing and presenting reports and dashboards in monthly review meetings ,escalation management
