Continuous Improvement Engineer (Greenfield plant in Baroda)

- Coordinate with other departments to improve the process, cost, quality & productivity in the shop

- Work on Direct material, Indirect Spend, Indirect labour & productivity improvements & reach the targets set for the plant

- Lead CI projects, strategic projects, why not circles & total quality projects

- LESAT as per the global directions

- Lead new mould introduction

- Confirm new process

- Train operators about new process set up & stabilization of the new mould

- Best practice sharing

- Drive PMO on cost savings

- LESAT implementation & sustenance in the shop floor

- Improvements based on companies standard

- Introduction of new moulds & startup

- Drive strategic projects

- TQC PROJECTS

- Meet the plant KPIs

- Should be BE Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Production with min 4 years experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering

- Preferred from FRP/ GRP / Mould / Composites Industries

Must have Six Sigma Greenbelt
