Education: MBA - specialized in HR (graduation in engineering preferred, but not mandatory).
Role overview:
- To provide HR solutions for Business Units consisting 500-600 engineers
- Hands-on HR generalist task with key components of employee connect, HR efficiency etc.
- Employee life cycle management with a special focus towards identifying and retaining key players
-Benchmarking and ideate newer ways of talent engagement programs in line with industry practices.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the business to implementing entire HR operations with a people centric approach
- Strong focus on employee connect and developing and implementing engagement strategies along with business managers - key aspects will include retention, training and morale of the workforce
- Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in the right spirit.
- Supports the compensation review
- Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs.
