- Responsible for managing salary revision, Variable pay and drive retention strategies
- Talent Management
- Feedback landscape management
- Driving/participate in HR Strategic projects (location / Country / BU)
- Driving Employee engagement practices in the location
- Collaborate with COEs (TMOD, C & B, HR Operations) for special HR topics to be rolled out in Location.
- Support on Labour Relations and compliances related topics to Location HR Head.
