Role : We are looking for an experienced marketer to plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns with an objective to drive demand, increase brand awareness, and overall market growth. As a senior member of the marketing team, you should be able to understand and identify customer pain points and build content-driven marketing engine. You should be ready to take full responsibility for strategy, collaboration, execution and measurement of the marketing campaigns. You'll report directly to the CEO. Job Description : 1. Plan and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns targeting the US and EU markets : - Develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns with the objective of generating demand and sales leads - Develop content ideas by coordinating with sales, solutions, and delivery team (case studies, blogs, etc.) - Manager writers to produce (and write) insightful content : Blogs, Case Studies, and Press Releases - Track, measure, and analyse relevant media coverage, competitors marketing, and conversations to develop marketing strategies and campaigns - Responsible for developing and managing sales collaterals 2. Plan and implement brand/ company awareness campaigns to enhance the credibility of brand : - Identifies communication opportunities and the design/medium/channels for execution - Responsible for generating and managing PR relationships and manage associations with other websites and influencers - Connect with thought-leaders, journalists, and publications to communicate the relevant messages and reinforce brand positioning 3. Analyse campaign success using data analytics tools, and develop ways to continuously improve Requirements : - MBA in marketing with minimum 4 years of experiences in B2B professional services domain (consulting, market research, data analytics, KPO, etc.) targeting the US and EU markets - Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives - Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic sense to spot stories - Knowledge of marketing automation software and tools - Experience in a communications team is a plus - Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with communications and various departments
