Please Note: This is a functional role, only professionals with prior functional experience in implementing the Accounts and Finance modules across ERPs should apply.

Responsibilities:

- ERP Implementation Support: Assist in the planning and execution of the ERP implementation project, specifically focusing on finance-related processes and requirements.

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze existing finance processes, and identify areas for improvement and system integration.

- System Configuration: Support the senior consultants in configuring the ERP system's finance modules, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation, based on the defined requirements.

- Data Migration: Assist in the migration of financial data from legacy systems to the ERP platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Testing and Training: Contribute to the development and execution of test plans, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide end-user training on the new finance processes and the effective use of the ERP system.

- Process Documentation: Collaborate with the team to document finance processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.

- Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving finance-related issues during the implementation phase, coordinating with the project team and stakeholders as necessary.

- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in identifying areas for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancement within the finance department.

Qualifications and Skills:

- CA's only.

- Knowledge or exposure to ERP systems, preferably finance modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Basic understanding of finance processes, including general accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Prior experience in ERP implementation projects or finance-related roles is a plus.
