Content Writer - L&D Function - Asset Management/Mutual Fund Firm

Purpose of the Role: Part of the Learning & Development Function (Sales) reporting to Head-L&D, Developing Content which includes delivering relevant information which will target the desired group of customers/audience and engage them in reading the content, cut out the technical jargon and explain financial concepts or views in a way that everyone can understand.

Key Activities :

- Draft and create content ideas on financial concepts and markets for the organization

- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

- Write long form and capsular form of compelling articles and write ups on financial concepts and other subjects as required by the function

- Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services that will be distributed to internal and external customers in a variety of formats.

- Create L&D modules and content as required and delivered in form of modules on concepts and skills

- Manage digital platforms for content release
