To achieve this, iGTB are looking for exceptional individuals who will thrive in an agile business where immense freedom is given but superb results expected. The specific role on offer is:

Content Specialist. Based in Mumbai. Our growing firm is in need of a talented and experienced writer to craft and edit marketing content, PRs and customer proposals for our products. The ideal candidate will be an expert wordsmith and storyteller that can showcase our product's value in a compelling way.

Note: The client base is an intimate, B2B (in fact B2B2B) marketplace. This is not a mass market marketing role. We aim to provide services to the top 300 banks in the world, aiming to ensure the key 5-10 or so individuals in each one understands and acts based on the unique value we bring. This means we are targeting a community of only a few thousand, senior people, many of whom we know. Candidates will need to be able to show they can work in this marketing environment.

Superb English and a sense of layout are essential to all roles as is passion and energy.

2 Marketing Content Specialist

Location: Mumbai

2.1 Responsibilities

This role is responsible for articulating the value of iGTB's Transactions Banking suite of products those 1,500-3,000 decision makers worldwide and ensuring they all know who we are, what we offer and what is special about us.

It is not vital for this individual to have transaction banking or even banking experience but must be able to understand and articulate the proposition at a first discussion.

The individual will be responsible to:

- To assist in the delivery of the iGTB's communications strategy & own the brand voice and establish messaging direction in every execution.

- Draft, statements, briefings and written communication for the iGTB ensuring high level of consistency, accuracy, content and presentation for a wide variety of audiences.

- Translate creative direction and creative briefs into engaging and effective messaging and copy concepts.

- Produce content for marketing-related efforts including promotional material, presentations, and marketing collateral.

- Create content for case studies, executive summaries, customer proposals & PRs to be used in marketing and business development.

- Collaborate with sales & delivery teams to uncover the stories and insights that lead to meaningful messaging and concepts.

- Work with the website team to ensure the written content of digital channels and platforms is of the highest standard.

- Work with the events team to produce high quality promotional material for iGTB conferences and events.

- Support the iGTB Executives, campaigns and media teams by producing high quality written material for use in corporate campaigns

2.2 Requirements & skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university program with an emphasis on English, communications, advertising, journalism or other related field.

- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for diverse channels and audiences and a good grasp of narrative (writing samples will be asked of you during screenings)

- Good understanding of graphic design and an appreciation of the relationships between textual, visual and functional elements.

- Energy, enthusiasm and passion for storytelling.

- High impact and influence. Self-critical and self-correcting.

- Able to handle a high volume of ideas to be executed in agile manner.

- Self-starting, able to work to outcomes without needing high maintenance oversight

- Experience in journalism for print media in leading magazines and newspapers.

- Experience of speech writing in a political environment.

- A positive, can do attitude.
