Role : Content Writer - Consumer Health & Safety Product

Position Reports to: Marketing Head Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Result Areas

1. Develop a content strategy based on a company's business objectives and a customer's or end user's needs working with creative teams across copy, graphics and video and external agencies, product marketing teams, digital teams, product teams and other cross functional teams

2. Crafting and maintaining content calendars, content assets, and content development plans relevant for achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual business KPIs.

3. In-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content

4. Work with developers and other teams and come up with unique content that appeals to the audience

5. Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, and the company website

6. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns

7. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies

8. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability

9. Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website

10. Writing impactful headlines and body copy to capture the attention of the target audience

11. Design creative narratives for storytelling via user-generated as well as curated content. Identifying customers- needs and recommending new content to address gaps Content

Writer Requirements: 

1. Proven content writing or copywriting experience

2. Working knowledge of content management systems

3. Analytical/Quantitative ability is desirable

4. A portfolio of published articles

5. Excellent writing and editing skills

6. Effective communication skills

7. Experience/familiarity with coding is a strong plus 

6. Min 2 years experience as a content writer or similar role

7. Strong eye for details

8. Ability to compellingly communicate a product or a brand's story, and a design sensibility to envision how content could be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles, such as infographics or multimedia presentations

Qualifications :

- Graduate/Post Graduate 

- Content Writing experience of min 2 years 

- Proven track record of achieving targets
