Our client is an innovative Fintech company that is revolutionizing the business of short term finance. The company is an online lending startup that is driven by an app-enabled technology platform to solve the funding challenges of SMEs by offering quick-turnaround, paperless business loans without collateral. Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the fintech industry, from earlier working with organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics and Housing.com. As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing strategic Content marketing plans aligned to the business goals.

What you will do -

- Defining the overall Content marketing strategy to get maximum brand awareness

- Strategizing, planning and executing Content marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and recall through a variety of media channels

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data

- Conducting ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators

- Researching and building deep content networks

- Partnering with management team, marketing, analytics, operations and sales in to deliver innovative content that build audience loyalty and help drive revenue

- Reviewing new content distribution technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in content distribution

- Setting up a network of freelancers to write content relevant to the strategy

What you need to know/have :

- Degree in Technology and MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Brand marketing

- Exposure in Content Marketing, BFSI/ NBFC/ Online experience preferred

- Demonstrable work experience in online companies with core competencies - Product marketing, Creative execution, Digital marketing, Agency management, Analytics etc.

- Immaculate written and verbal communication skills and excellent business acumen

- Analytical bent of mind and strong judgmental attributes
