Content Strategist - Education - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/MDI

We are looking for people passionate about management, technology, the future, and education to help design learning programs for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow.

The job will include the following responsibilities :

- Develop world-class content for online courses on management courses for professionals, etc.

- Understand the industry requirements and develop curriculum and modules to meet those requirements.

- Design content modules following company's pedagogy principles, including coming up with learning objectives, writing scripts according to well researched guidelines, and designing assessments.

- Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement.

- Be the interface between faculty (both academic and industry leaders) and student, to make the student's online learning experience more engaging.

What we are looking for :

- Graduates from Tier-1 B-schools (or Engineering / Commerce / Arts colleges) with MBA from Tier 1 Management institutes.

- Smart, curious people who enjoy learning about transformations in management due to technology/ digital, digital marketing, sales and marketing, project management, product management, agile methodology etc. and would love to dive deeper and design content on them.

- Ability to quickly learn various concepts, frameworks and strategies in management.

- People having strong interest in the process of learning; interest in MOOCs shall be valuable
