Content Strategist - Academic Operations - EduTech (4-12 yrs)

Bangalore/Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 953136

- Help Company's Learning develop and deliver world-class hybrid and online learning programs for Masters in Business Administration specializing in Digital Marketing, Data Science, and other emerging areas

- Work with various faculty members of the affiliated organization/university to develop high-quality content, learning resources, projects and assessments for such programs.

- Develop world-class content in the areas of management education that can be used for various purposes such as Business Cases, Business Plan competitions, learning evaluations, capstone projects, etc.

- Keep yourself continually up to date with the latest developments in the areas of business frameworks and bring them into our learning programs.

- Help identify and recruit other experts in Management Education both in India and globally.

- Write articles, papers, and other publications to showcase our intellectual capital and capabilities.

- Mentor, solve student queries and guide learner teams working towards applied business concepts.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the training program during the pilot and implement changes based on impact and user feedback to ensure continual improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Knowledge of techno-functional business scenarios and industry trends across the globe.

- Ability to articulate industry requirements into a ready-to-use module for delivery and consumption.

- Excellent writing and editing skills.

- Proven project management experience and the ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Suite applications.

- General understanding of instructional design methods (ADDIE model preferred) for both eLearning training, instructor-led, and webinar course content.

- Prior experience in teaching or training groups is advantageous (but not required).


- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and strong communication skills.
