- Providing relevant and compelling evidence to move the needle on content engagement and resulting impact

- Being passionate about educating young minds and believing that learning outcomes are achieved best when children are made to learn in non-threatening, playful and engaging environments.

- Understanding the language development milestones for young children and believing reading is a critical life skill and being able to strategically analyse and select the content that will engage young children.

- Understanding the need for technology in education and being comfortable with using technological platforms to monitor engagement and deliver support.
