Roles & Responsibilities

As a Content Marketing Specialist at hiresure.ai, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's content marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create high-quality, engaging content that attracts and converts our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a content marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and goals of hiresure.ai

- Research and identify target audience personas and create content that resonates with them

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a variety of content types, including blog posts, ebooks, social media posts, and email campaigns

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech company

- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that drives results

- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to create content for a variety of formats and channels

- Experience using analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
