The team members are alumni of leading institutions like Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, Kellog, IIT Mumbai, Duke, MDI, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Shillong and have previously worked in companies such as Tiger Global, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Boston Consulting Group, Zipdial, SAP, and Stratify.

The company has seen a 100 times growth in the number of registered learners in three years, and 20 times revenue growth from the first to third year. The team has grown from five to 55 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, we are looking for an energetic leader to drive digital campaigns, innovation, growth, new customer acquisition and revenue generation.You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and an urgency to take the social media presence to the next level - especially engagement and differentiated presence.

What you will do :

- Providing day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.

- Exploring emerging social media platforms and/or first-mover opportunities with existing platforms

- Creating weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results

- Creating a regular publishing schedule, implementing a content editorial calendar to manage content and planning specific and timely marketing campaigns

- Creating compelling brand stories that help in lead generation

- Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Being the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the ed-tech players in the market

- Measuring and optimising content based on content marketing roadmap, wider industry trends, sales/ digital campaign focus and analytics

- New Program Release - Assisting with the product roadmap, planning and leading go-to-market activities and helping to create strategies for expansion

- Measuring and interpreting the success of all social media strategies by defining KPIs, implementing systems to measure success by platform and optimizing campaign/ budgets to maximize ROI

- Offering key insights for improving programs to enhance results

- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams like sales, product, operation and identifying scope for branding and communication

- Contributing to the strategy and development of digital events and programs (in collaboration with brand teams)

- Evaluating emerging platforms, tools, trends, alpha/ beta opportunities, etc.

- Managing a team of competent marketing professionals and taking ownership of overall social media marketing deliverables

What you need to know/have :

- Demonstrable work experience of 4 - 7 years preferably in consumer marketing space

- Prior experience in content development/content management vertical is a great plus

- MBA preferred

- Strong, multi-channel experience impacting positive growth and engagement in organic social is a great add on

- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills

- Strong interpersonal and verbal/ written communication skills

- Impeccable attention to detail

Salary Offered : 9 - 13 LPA
