Content Marketing Head - Consumer Tech

Job Description:

- Brand custodian for firm's Digital and leading its communication, organic growth, and execution on key digital touchpoints of the brand (website, social media, YouTube, app)

- Craft the overall content strategy for building land as the preferred asset class of India

- Lead strategy and enable implementation of content on social media handles (own, external)

- Create, curate, and manage all published content on digital platforms (images, video, written and audio/podcast)

- Overall charge of digital brand communication and online reputation

- Work closely with our marketing partner(s), build out internal content team and India's leading content engine in this category

Competencies:

- 5+ years of leading digital content marketing - strategy, creation, and team

- Prefer experience of digital content marketing in the finance (wealth, investment) domain and especially with new age companies

- Expert understanding of social media - building platform specific content, engagement, growth of relevant followers

- Ability to create, propagate and supervise content marketing across all major digital touch points with a demonstrated track record of success with content marketing in previous stints

- Demonstrate understanding of land as an asset class and build path breaking digital narratives around the same

- Foresight towards building a consumer category around 'online land transactions' using content marketing

- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of overall experience and 5+ years of having led and built digital content marketing practice preferably in the Wealth/Finance domain

- Tier 1 graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Journalism)

- Extensive experience of having worked with an online-first brand directly/on behalf of a digital agency
