Job description:

Job Purpose:

This role is accountable for creating high quality Video First Oncology Medical Information content that addresses the needs of customers in Emerging Markets for company's Knowledge Platforms.

Key responsibilities include :

- Creating & executing annual content plan

- Governs and supports the following processes related to planning development and management of digital content for Knowledge Platform

- Identify Content Needs: in applicable emerging markets based on therapy areas , focus brands , upcoming product launches & new therapy area trends

- Create Quarterly /Annual Content Calendar: for oncology and hospital business in coordination with Therapy Leads for respective business & Medical Affairs Team.

- Content Formats : Ensure content creation balanced into following categories: Short Videos , Long Videos , Webinars , Conference Updates

Content Execution:

- Proofreading individual content pieces for correctness in terms of disclaimers , video descriptions

- Work closely with IT, Commercial and Medical teams to manage tagging and setting of metadata to report on the content metrics (Reach and Engagement Metric)

- Responsible for reviewing derivative content e.g., slides, infographics, thumbnails etc. for correctness

- Upload final content on the platform

- Content Approval Repository

- Develops and adhere to processes surrounding content development / digital asset management such as data entry , translation , review and approval workflow consistent with guidelines to ensure timely and accurate content delivery

Central and Country Generated Content:

- Seek medico -marketing, legal , regulatory & compliance (MLRC) approval from stakeholders across appliable emerging markets and maintain repository of approvals for centrally prepared content

Maintain Approval Repository:

- Maintain repository of : LMRC Approvals , Consultancy Agreement with Faculty , Vendor Agreements for all the content on the platform

Vendor Management:

- Manage vendors in multiple geographies working for MedEnrich for the content creation

- Identify , evaluate, and enrol new vendors for content creation

- Ensure the timely renewal of working agreements / processing of invoices associated with MedEnrich

- Cross Functional /Cross Geography Collaboration

- Work involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business functions such as Digital Marketing , Medical Affairs , Digital Process Excellence , Emerging Markets Medico Marketing Teams

- Develop and run pilots with digital content for Emerging Markets to understand and maximize reach and Engagement Metrics

- Contribute to provide required training to Country Stakeholders to acquire and execute the local content plan

- Share best practices and key learnings with relevant stakeholders

Skills Required:

- Pharma industry experience , knowledge of Oncology as therapy is an advantage

- Understanding of content review systems in highly regulated markets

- Basic orientation to Digital Marketing , Digital Production and Content Best Practices

- Experience in measuring impact and generating actionable insights

- Basic Knowledge in digital & social media content copywriting and SEO practices

- Understanding of content effectiveness and reporting
