Job Description : One of the largest business houses in the country, with a strong experience in the education space, is planning to enter the upskilling/certification market. We want to replicate the complete University experience online to enable mass access to higher education. We will be launching programs in collaboration with some of the leading Global Universities. We are looking for a Content Manager (Full Time position) who will report in to the Head of Programs &amp; Learning and his/her primary roles and responsibilities will include : - Working with cross functional heads across marketing, delivery, creative and operation functions to define and build content strategy and differentiated learning products - Strategic planning of course content &amp; collaborative content management with the Academic Head &amp; Delivery Head - Curriculum design, lesson planning and ensuring learning outcomes are met through effective instructional design, content development and deployment - Monitoring and driving learner engagement metrics - Sourcing and curation of relevant eLearning or video content and suitable external libraries for acquisition or licensing purposes for deployment in our learning programs - E-Learning content development &amp; production through internal and external resources - Regular updating of the program portfolio and content to reflect changing market trends and developments - Anchoring the production of promotional, corporate and non-learning video content with internal team and external vendors and clients on a need-basis (scripts, shoots &amp; edits) Desired Skills and Experience : Must have : - Minimum 6+ years experience in content and curriculum development, with minimum 3 years experience in Ed-Tech - Worked at a video production company / television channel / video content development unit with a strong production or visual content development background OR led an instructional design unit to build eLearning courses and was key in defining and building the content strategy - Strong network of external vendors for all content production requirements - Independently written promotional scripts, shooting scripts, framed interview questions, organized shoots etc. Good to have : - Experience in working with any LMS, and content uploading &amp; authoring - Course delivery planning and scheduling in collaboration with delivery and Operations teams - Prior eLearning experience with technical subjects or topics - Experience with eLearning software like Storyline or Captivate - Experience with editing tools like Camtasia or Premiere; software like Videoscribe, Canva etc.
