Content Manager - eCommerce (7-11 yrs)
A leading E-commerce company is hiring for the role of "Content Manager".
Required Skills:
A graduate/post-graduate with excellent command over English language and unparalleled knowledge of grammar
8-10 years of total full-time experience, out of which 4-5 years of experience in content writing and 4-5 years of experience is content editing/proofreading
Ability to churn out crisp and clear writing with an understanding of what works on the Internet
Expertise on MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google docs
Knowledge of various formats and styles of writing
Superior team management and project management skills
Must be able to communicate well, both spoken and written word
Knowledge of both B2B and B2C communication
Knowledge of e-commerce industry will be a big plus
KRAs
Managing the other content editors and writers
Editing and proofreading content both in word and design
Following-up on various projects with the writers and project co-ordinators
Developing content targeted at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as and when needed
Learning the domain, processes, product, and features quickly is very critical
Taking initiative and driving a project from start to finish, including adhoc requests
Interfacing with cross-functional teams
