Job Purpose : - You will be responsible to create &amp; manage digital content ideation, production and publishing to derive customer engagement and acquisition from website / mobile app Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible for developing, creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. - Conduct user tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and make recommendations based on those results. - Conceptualize content topics and format across the digital assets which users are interested in and come up with new &amp; engaging content. - Collaborate with designers, product marketing, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and customers. - Deliver compelling content around related business topics that drive internal and external engagement - resulting in leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics. - Optimize all content for SEO to better reach; measure and improve content programs. - Work with various content agencies to drive content ideation &amp; creation; QC of content before release. Technical / Functional Skills : - Digital Content - Proven track record of finding / conceptualizing the right topics to drive customer engagement, based on digital trends. - Writer / thinker - Excellent writer and thinker, being able to draw out new themes/ ideas/ formats that can be applied to existing or new thought leadership programs. - Story telling - Good story-telling ability, proficiency in tailoring and customizing messages for varied audience - Knowledge of BFSI sector - Highly creative person with a knowledge of BFSI industry and social media trends
