Content Lead | Bluestone | Bangalore Job Expectations : - Plan and execute a channel-wise content strategy - Developing & managing content across channels & platforms including blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, website, ads, banners, emails, newsletters, in-store communications, etc. - Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns. - Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency - Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability. - Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content. - Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency. - Collaborate with Internal creative team & external agencies - Manage the distribution of content across all channels - Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content & adapt existing content to stay abreast the latest trends - Devise and implement community communication initiatives. - Track platform analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
