Job Responsibilities :
- Lead Content Team and make Content Strategy
- Manage Leadership expectation and drive alignment for Content Road Map
- Lead a Team of 6-7 Members
- Responsible for creating content for the fast paced social media
- Responsible for generating content that drives interaction within the target market
Required Skills :
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team of Content Creators; Ability to strike effective partnerships across the content universe
- Managed a content team, and worked on brands that thrive on content marketing
- Internet savvy-Knowledge on all aspects of website (text, graphics, images and designs), keywords and meta tags
- Writing across different platforms(mobile, web)
- An excellent communicator, sensitive to language, and comfortable composing in language on demand
- Mentoring team members
Salary Range: 25 - 35 LPA
