Job Description:
Exp : 6 - 12 Years
- Strategizing creative and content communication on all channels/platforms including but not limited to website, social media and Youtube
- Guide the social media and YouTube teams in creating & executing a content calendar that supports the overall brand goal.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like performance marketing, digital product and tech to ensure that there is consistency in the brand language (visual and written)
- Lead a team of social media, YouTube, SEO associates to create a strong (brand) share of voice in the market
- Drive SEO initiatives for the company
- Lead marketing initiatives around the brand's blog and YouTube channels to create a strong brand voice and community.
- Analyze content marketing metrics and refine content strategy to achieve business objectives
Requirement :
- 6+ years experience in social media marketing, creative development and content marketing
- 4+ years of management experience.
- Experience leading small and large teams (10+ people).
- Knowledge of social media, content marketing, SEO and analytics
