Job Responsibilities:

- You will be working with a diverse team of content writers and journalists

- You will be working with editors from different languages and reviewing content guidelines everyday

- You will be responsible for maintaining content guidelines

- You will be working with co-founders to create content strategy and execute on daily basis

- You will be generating periodic reports on content performance by languages and regions or other demographics

- You will be working with technology team and giving your inputs on different formats of contents you want to introduce

- You will be working on proprietary technologies for content management and sourcing tools built by Aadhan team

- You will be working and coordinating with other content creation teams of Aadhan Media to get new ideas of share content information and ideas

- You will be working with Graphics and Digital marketing teams for generating new age content formats like infographics and short videos

Skills Required:

- Must have sound knowledge on news and content strategies

- Having a bachelor/PG degree in mass communications or any equivalent is an advantage

- Working in a short news app or any news app will be an added advantage

- Must have good written and spoken communication skills

- Ability to speak and read multiple languages will be an advantage

- Must have at least an experience of 5 years on content generation or management in news agencies

- Must have an ability to mine the Google analytics and generate necessary reports

- Excellent presentation and communication skills required

- Must have an idea about DAU, MAU and other factors that influence the performance of the app and contents
