As a Content Head, you will be responsible for handling content at scale.
What you will do:
- Developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- Creating and publishing engaging content
- Editing, proofreading and improving writers' posts
- Ensuring brand consistency
- Optimizing content according to SEO
- Using content management systems to analyse website traffic and users' engagement metrics
- Managing content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web
- Developing an editorial calendar and ensuring content team is on board
- Ensuring compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection)
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the domain
- MBA/PGDM qualification
- Start Up experience
- Excellent creative writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
