Content Developer - Retail Liabilities - BFSI

Content Developer in Retail Banking - Liabilities :

- Content development for the retail liability division, managing end to end training for the branches

- Hands on experience in delivering/conducting/facilitating training for large audience - especially to mid and senior management

- Hands on experience in developing Presentations, Quizzes, Scripts, Video and e-Learning content for training programs.

- Hands on experience in delivering Product, Process, Behavioral, Leadership trainings

- Familiarity with learning concepts, platforms and best practices.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PPT ) & Digital Savvy.

- Very Good knowledge in Banking Liability products - Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Account, Recurring Account, Online Account, NRI account etc. and related processes.

- Very Good Knowledge in Branch Operations, Central Operations

- Very Good knowledge in KYC, Documentation and back-end processes

- Candidate with Sales experience in the above said fields is a Plus.

- Looking for a candidate from training field, with current or prior experience in Bank
