Job description :

- Planning and Introducing OD initiatives which includes crucial phases like Need Analysis, Designing Learning Objectives and the Overall Structure, Developing Content, Selection criteria/Assessment Tools, Faculty Selection (internal or external), - Implementation of the intervention, and Evaluating the Impact.

- Partnering with Business seniors to seek their inputs and customize content and interventions accordingly.

- Training Effectiveness - in form of focus group discussions, online survey and one to one interaction, follow up/refresher activities

- Engaging and Networking with external training partners, responsible for faculty selection and negotiation.

- Bridging competency gaps by identifying, designing and imparting various behavioural training interventions for all levels of the employee of the organization.

- Develop courses based on an overarching framework for the structure, presentation, activity design, delivery and support for e-learning courses PAN India L&D Department.

- Establish a clear workflow to support and manage content development.

- Create e-learning and mobile learning course (nugget size learning) for All Department materials from own Sources or create the content.

- Create induction and help resources, ice-breaker activities and other Employee guidance materials to ensure that students are able to work effectively within the online courses.

- Provide training and support to HR or Stakeholder to enable them to manage the e-learning material before launch.

The person must have written online training modules. Must have formed - Nugget sized modules- for online training.

Must have worked in BFSI / NBFC sectors as she/ he will be needed to source and write and form modules. which means should know about capital markets/finance world etc.
