Content Developer - Finance Domain - Shared Services

Hiring for Content Developer, somebody who have basic knowledge of finance.

Purpose of job:

To research, analyse, design, develop and customize instructional material for both e-learning and instructor led training for finance change programmes as well as BAU courses.

Account abilities, Responsibilities, and Main duties:

- Work with Project Managers/SMEs to ensure that clear training needs are established and effective planning and delivery of (e-learning) learning experiences are delivered on time and to the pre-defined success factors as agreed with SMEs / Project Manager and Finance Training Manager

- Write and review story boards and rapid prototyping content and functionality.

- Factor in usability and accessibility requirements.

- Review existing digital and non-digital content and ensure its ease of use and access.

- Gathers subject matter expert information from multiple sources and ensures all learning interventions meet the needs and Articulate Reflects an understanding of the British Council and the diversity of our learners in the materials.
