Content Developer - Data Science Learning - Education Startup

- Your primary responsibility will be owning academic delivery for any of the data science programs,ranked among the best in the country and delivered in conjunction with the University of Texas,Austin.

- Own academic activities, delivery and participant's learning experience so that participants are continually engaged during the duration of the course

Content & Academic Delivery:

- Identify and create best in class learning material for various courses in analytics.

- Ensure the quality of the content released to participants and ensure a standardize delivery across different geographies and batches.

- Enhancing the curriculum with the help of SMEs and TAs to ensure that the latest techniques are backed by the right kinds of examples and projects.

Learning Experience

- Keeping a pulse on industry trends and altering the syllabus periodically to ensure the program offering is amongst the best in the industry (globally)

- Own end-to-end student experience, find avenues to improve the learner elements by raising the bar on industry-standard AI and ML problems, capstone projects & guest lectures.

- Re-look at the course structure & identify avenues to introduce elements that elevate the learning experience

Faculty & Guru Management

- Identify faculty and industry guests to ensure participants have a superior learning experience.

- Support faculty in creating and delivering courses. Interfacing with industry practitioners to teach in our programs and ensuring a consistently higher quality of professionals teaching in the program

Team Management - Manage a team of program managers to ensure the delivery of the programs across various batches
